Blink 182 is a punk band from San Diego, CA. Originally they were just called Blink, but an Irish band already had that name, and said they would sue if they didn't change it. The founding memebers were Mark Hoppus and Scott Raynor. Mark's sister introduced Mark to Tom DeLonge, thus Blink 182 was born. Thier 1st full length album was called Chesire Cat. Thier breakthrough album was their 2nd full lenght album, Dude Ranch in 1996. It was after Dude Ranch was release that Scott left the band, and former Aquabats drummer Travis Barker was brought in to replace him. With Travis aboard, they released their 3rd album, Enema of the State, in 1999. The 1st single of the album is What's My Age Again?. The video for this song has been very popular, as it has been in the top 5 of MTV's Total Request Live for a few weeks.
